915A isquaternary cationic polymer which is specialized product for decoloring, flocculating, COD decreasing and other applications. T-915A is mainly used for color removal treatment for high-colority waste water from dyestuffs plants. It is suitable to treat waste water with activated, acidic and disperse dyestuffs and from textile industry and dye houses, pigment industry, printing ink industry and paper industry.

Uses:

1.915A should be diluted with 10-40 times water and then dosed into the waste water directly. After being mixed for several minutes, it can be precipitated or air-floated to become clear water.

2. The pH value of the waste water should be adjusted to 7-10 for better result.

3. When the colority and COD are relatively high, it can be used with the help of polyaluminum chloride,  but not mixed together . In this way, the treatment cost can be lowered.

Storage & Handling:

915A should be stored in cool (4-30oC) to avoid frozen and heat. VMCEHM certifies that 915A in correct storage will meet sales specifications for six months from the date of manufacture.

Standard Packaging:

For customer convenience, 915A is available in plastic barrels (200.0 kg/440.0 lb) or kingtainer IBC (1000.0 kg/ 2200.0 lb).

Attention:

When 915A is used with the help of poly aluminum chloride or other watertreatment chemicals, it can’t be mixed with them. Whether polyaluminum chloride or other watertreatment chemicals are used beforewards or afterwards depends on the flocculation test and the treatment process.
